Delivery
Each Strange Candle is made to order in your choice of jar and scent, and therefore please allow up to 7 working days for candles to be dispatched. Each candle is shipped by courier as standard, and a tracking number will be provided to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
If for any reason you need your candle to reach a recipient by a certain date or in short notice, please get in touch and we will do what we can to make it happen for you!
Returns
Strange Candles takes extra special care when we make a candle to order for you, and the same applies when we wrap and package it ready for its journey to you. We hope it arrives exactly how you imagined it, however if it arrives in anything other than perfect condition, please get in touch by email – [email protected] – and we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your candle has been used, we are unable to issue a refund unless it is faulty.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, any return postage costs will be your responsibility. Until your return is received, the candles and their condition are your responsibility so we highly recommend that you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage. We will notify you once the return has been received, and you should allow up to 5 working days from the time we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
